"We can be your receptionist from a distance."

Whether it be agenda management, taking minutes of a meeting or answering a telephone call: a secretary must act discreet and reliable. For over 25 years we have supported small and medium-sized enterprises, (local) government and non-profit organisations with our all-round secretarial services.

Do you need (external) secretarial assistance incidentally, project-based or on fixed moments? Our team of professionals is at your beck and call.

Whenever you are absent or simply want to work without interruptions, the BIMS receptionist answers your incoming calls - as your representative - and with your (company) name. Friendly, bright and well pronounced.

Furthermore, it is possible to have your (main) telephone number permanently redirected to us. BIMS functions as your receptionist who, consequently, forwards the call to the employee asked for. In case the person asked for cannot answer the phone, we register a detailed message. A personalised voicemail box is available after business hours; recorded messages will be reported the morning of the next working day.

A select, permanent team of telephone operators, residing in our own premises, takes care of the telephone answering service. They are your business card and your office window: friendly, personal and concerned. Our procedure is in accordance with your wishes: you determine what is best for you and your company. At all times.

Meetings between multiple parties must be reported in writing, precisely and discreet, and these minutes must be delivered to the client in a timely manner.

Time is money. More explicit yet, time is worth gold nowadays. Agenda management is a discipline in its own right.

Drafting, editing and translating texts suits us to a T. Nothing gives such a messy and unprofessional impression as language errors in a report, brochure, web text or – for example – a menu.
